1000 miles in 2019

I have set myself a goal to cover 1000 mies on foot either walking or running from the 1st of January to the 31st December 2019. I set this goal as a way of encouraging myself to up my fitness levels and spend more time outside.

I will be posting regular updates on this challenge in my blog and hope it might inspire a few of my readers to join me in getting moving more.
