I have been helping people 1-2-1 with their mindset and wellness for over ten years.
In that time, I have developed many powerful tools to help them transform their lives and do great things.
In 2024 I distilled those tools down into 12 simple habits and made them available through an online program.
The 12 Habits Program gives you these powerful tools and teaches you these 12 simple habits in a simple-to-follow format that you can access from the comfort of your home.
In a nutshell, this program has one simple aim, to help you "Be a Better YOU" and give you everything you need to BE, DO, or HAVE anything in life.
A YEAR TO CHANGE
12 months to "Be A Better YOU"
This is a 12-month program in which you will have all the resources and support you need to master the habits at a pace that will make learning them simple and effective.
The program contains an audio course, a support community and a whole year of group coaching.
You will start the program by going through an onboarding course that will give you a basic understanding of each of the 12 habits and some strategies for implementing them. Then, we will go into the deeper work.
Each month of the year, we deep-dive into one of the habits, and you will get stuff to do to ensure that at the end of the month, you have the habit nailed.
IT DOES NOT MATTER WHEN YOU START THIS PROGRAM. YOU WILL BE WITH US FOR A FULL 12 MONTHS.
Twelve months sounds like a long time, but it will go quicker than you think. What makes it work are the small steps taken each day, every day for the full year.
The key to success in anything, especially in becoming a better you, is patience and consistency, and by the end of this program, you will have developed both.

THE AUDIO LESSONS
Listen up
The course consists of short audio instalments, one to listen to every day for the full 12 months.
These instalments are short, straight to the point and delivered in my no-fluff style. At the end of each audio, there will be simple exercises that will help you practice and lock in that day's lesson.
I don't want you to spend a lot of time-consuming the content; I want you to practice the habits and experience the positive changes they bring about.
Once you join the program, you have lifetime access to all the audio lessons and resources, so you can go through the program as many times as you wish.
THE COMMUNITY
You're Not Alone
The community part of The 12 Habits Program is hosted on Facebook in a private group.
Every morning, Monday through Friday, I go live in that group to discuss that day's instalment of the 12 habits, share new insights, and answer any questions the members have.
However, the group is more than just a place to ask questions; it adds an element to the program essential to bringing about lasting change:
ACCOUNTABILITY!
Left on our own, we drift. This group and the accountability it provides will keep you on track. Me and the other members are here to support you whenever you need it.
This group is a bunch of fantastic people who show up each day and support each other. People who know that when it comes to being a better you, part of the process is helping others. A quote you might want to remember is that in life, "We rise by lifting others."
I pride myself on keeping this group a friendly, supportive place where people feel safe showing up and sharing their progress with the program.

THE GROUP COCHING
A Monthly Workshop (This is a biggie)
Every month, I run an online group coaching workshop via a Zoom video call. I explore that month's habit in-depth and allow the attendees to bring any challenges to the session so we can work on them live.
You are invited to join us for these group coaching sessions, which will help you deepen your understanding and mastery of the habits.
Group coaching is powerful, and I have included this element in the program because I know how much it can make a difference.

Below is a brief description of "The 12 Habits" and the month of the year we work on them.
You may have heard of or even tried many of them before, and some you might even be doing. But the power of this program is blending them all together; that's when the magic happens.
Even if you have tried and failed at any of these, this program will ensure that you nail it this time!
THE 12 HABITS
January:- Clean Eating - This is not about “fad diets” that don’t work. It’s about developing an understanding of the nutrition that works for you. When you master this habit, you will be able to make healthier choices that you enjoy and that fit your lifestyle like a hand fits a glove.
February:- Moving Daily - This habit is all about increasing energy levels and being “fit for purpose.” You will learn simple ways to ensure you are fit and healthy without having to become some gym rat or spend hours pounding pavements. Once you find what works for you, it will be a breeze to move daily.
March:- Goal Setting - Over 92% of people who set goals, never achieve them. This is because they don’t set them correctly and miss out on vital stages of the goal-setting process. We will arm you with the tools to go from being a wishful dreamer to a goal-getter so you can join the 8% who do nail their goals.
April:- Effective Planning - A lot of our stress can come from feeling like we don’t have enough hours in the day. But develop the habit of effective planning and you will become more focused, organised, and productive. Once you know how to plan effectively you will have more than enough time each day.
May:- Rising Early - This habit is not about joining the 5 am club (although many do) it’s about harnessing the power of getting up earlier than you do now. Even 15 minutes will make a difference and allow you to get more done and go into the day with intention and purpose.
June:- Taking Action - Once you develop this habit, procrastination will become a thing of the past. You will take action quicker and avoid putting things off. You will do little tasks without thinking about it, and you will become a reliable dooer who says what they do and does what they say.
July:- Positive Mindset - No matter how negative or downbeat you believe you are, with some practice and guidance, you will start to look at everything in a positive light. With a positive mindset, you will see opportunities you may otherwise miss. Challenges will still come up, but you will see them differently.
August:- Seek Inspiration - Inspiration is the fuel that drives us on. It’s something we tend to let find us. But when you realise it can be found, you will go looking for it. Whatever you are going after in life, inspiration will be needed. And once you have developed the habit of looking for it, you realise it’s everywhere.
September:- Educate Yourself - We have never lived in a time when access to information is so readily available. Yet despite this, the vast majority of people never learn new things. By mastering the habit of educating yourself, you will add more value to the world and those close to you.
October: Journaling—This habit involves using the simple tool of journaling to gain self-awareness and clarity. Some people may consider journaling an “airy-fairy” pastime. But once you experience its benefits and the insights it can bring, there will be no stopping you.
November:- Meditation- Meditation cannot be beaten as a way to relax and reduce stress. There are so many different types of meditation you can use and we will share those with you as we help you develop a style that works for you. The benefits, mental and physical of meditation can’t be overstated.
December:- Gratitude - Developing an attitude of gratitude is not some kind of “woo-woo” thinking aimed at ignoring reality to make us feel better. It’s about appreciating and making the most of the experiences, resources and opportunities that surround us. This habit is way more powerful than you might first think.
One is good, but all is better
Mastering any one of the 12 habits alone can significantly improve one's mental, physical, and emotional wellness.
But it's a game changer when you learn to combine them all, and it will take your life to a whole new level.
