It may sound like a bold claim, but I make it with a lot of evidence from what my clients have achieved after working with me: These 12 habits you will learn are the only 12 habits you ever need to BE, DO, or HAVE anything in life.
They will not only help you transform your life, but they will also allow you to do amazing things in the future that may seem impossible right now.

IT'S A 12 MONTH PROGRAM
Small Steps
Lasting change takes time, and to make habits stick, we need to practice them so they become second nature. This can not be done in a couple of days.
That's why this is a 12-month, fully supported program that sets it apart from other courses out there.
If you want to "Be A Better YOU", then developing patience is the key; this program will help you develop that.
The 12 habits fit neatly into a habit month for a full year.
Focusing on one habit for a full month gives you time to nail it and make it stick. Then we move on to the next habit.
The "3 C's"
There are 3 parts to The 12 Habits Program, I call them "The 3 C's".
The program requires around 15 minutes to complete every day, and it can be followed on any device connected to the Internet.
The "3 C's" are the perfect blend of inspiration, education, and motivation, along with one other element you need to transform your life: accountability.
But more about the "3 C's" later.
Now it's time to talk about the habits!
SO WHAT ARE THESE 12 HABITS?
Below is a brief description of "The 12 Habits", along with the month of the year we work on them.
You may have heard of or even tired of many of them before, and some you might even be doing. But the power of this program is blending them all together; that's when they really make a positive difference.
The program is subscription-based, and there is no best month to start; you can join any time you like as the order in which you learn them is not important; what is important is you master them all.
January:- Clean Eating - This is not about “fad diets” that don’t work. It’s about developing an understanding of the nutrition that works for you. When you master this habit you will be able to make healthier choices, choices that you enjoy and that fit your lifestyle like a hand fits a glove.
February:- Moving Daily - This habit is all about increasing energy levels and being “fit for purpose.” You will learn simple ways to ensure you are fit and healthy without having to become some gym rat or spend hours pounding pavements. Once you find what works for you, it will be a breeze to move daily.
March:- Goal Setting - Over 92% of people who set goals, never achieve them. This is because they don’t set them correctly and miss out on vital stages of the goal-setting process. We will arm you with the tools to go from being a wishful dreamer to a goal-getter so you can join the 8% who do nail their goals.
April:- Effective Planning - A lot of our stress can come from feeling like we don’t have enough hours in the day. But develop the habit of effective planning and you will become more focused, organised, and productive. Once you know how to plan effectively you will have more than enough time each day.
May:- Rising Early - This habit is not about joining the 5 am club (although many do) it’s about harnessing the power of getting up earlier than you do now. Even 15 minutes will make a difference and allow you to get more done and go into the day with intention and purpose.
June:- Taking Action - Once you develop this habit, procrastination will become a thing of the past. You will take action quicker and avoid putting things off. You will do little tasks without thinking about it and you will become a reliable dooer who says what they do and do what they say.
July:- Positive Mindset - No matter how negative or downbeat you believe you are, with some practice and guidance you will start to look at everything in a positive light. With a positive mindset, you will see opportunities you may otherwise miss. Challenges will still come up, but you will see them differently.
August:- Seek Inspiration - Inspiration is the fuel that drives us on. It’s something we tend to let find us. But when you realise it can be found, you will go looking for it. Whatever you are going after in life, inspiration will be needed. And once you have developed the habit of looking for it, you realise it’s everywhere.
September:- Educate Yourself - We have never lived in a time when access to information is so readily available. Yet despite this, the vast majority of people never learn new things. By mastering the habit of educating yourself you will add more value to the world and those close to you.
October:- Journaling - This habit is about using the simple tool of journaling to gain self-awareness and clarity. Some people can see journaling as a bit of an “airy-fairy” pastime. But once you experience the benefits of using it, and the insights it will bring up, there will be no stopping you.
November:- Meditation - As a way to relax and reduce stress, meditation can not be beat. There are so many different types of meditation you can use and we will share those with you as we help you develop a style that works for you. The benefits, mental and physical of meditation can’t be overstated.
December:- Gratitude - Developing an attitude of gratitude is not some kind of “woo-woo” thinking aimed at ignoring reality to make us feel better. It’s about appreciating and making the most of the experiences, resources and opportunities that surround us. This habit is way more powerful than you might first think.
One is good, but all is better
Mastering any one of the 12 habits alone can make a significant positive difference to your mental, physical and emotional wellbeing. But it's a game changer when you learn to bring them all together, and it will take your life and wellbeing to a whole new level.

THE COURSE
Listen up
The course is made up of short audio lessons that I call instalments.
Each of The 12 Habits instalments is short (Less than 10 minutes), and there is one for every day of the year (including 1 for leap years)
Because it's audio, all you need to do is press play and listen.
Audio is a much more immersive experience, allowing you to really absorb the day's instalment without any distractions.
For the best experience, I always suggest that you use headphones.
The best time of day to listen to the day's lessons is first thing, so you can listen to it while you're still in bed.
THE COMMUNITY
The group
The community part of The 12 Habits Program is hosted on Facebook in a private group.
Every morning, Monday through Friday, at 8 a.m. UK time, I go live in that group and discuss the program's instalment that day.
You get the chance to ask questions and interact with the other people in the program.
Left on our own, we drift. This group and the accountability it provides will keep you on track. Me and the other members are here to support you whenever you need it.
I have even been known to reach out if one of our group stays away for too long.
It's my responsibility to make this work for you, so I have added another layer of accountability in the form of group coaching.
Group Coaching (This is a biggie)
Once a month, I run an online workshop via a Zoom video call, where I go into that month's habit.
You are invited to join us in this group coaching session and bring up any questions about that month's habit.
Group coaching is powerful, and I have included this element in the program because I know how much it can make a difference.
THE CHALLENGE
You can do it!
Most people struggle to change because they don't give it enough time.
Many successful people are not the most talented or have the best ability. They were people who just stuck with something and kept going
The challenge this program presents to you is taking a full 12 months to work on yourself.
Listen to the instalments, show up in the group, and make yourself and your commitment to "Be A Better YOU" a priority.
I guarantee if you go all in, make yourself a priority and asign just a few minutes a day to being a better you, in 12 months your life will be unrecognisably better than what it is right now.
Then you do it all over again.
This program can be repeated for as long as you like, and each year, you will go deeper and master the 12 Habits better.
