122 days to go!

So we enter a new month, and as we say hello to September, we also welcome a new season in Autumn.

Summer is behind us now, and it's surprising how many people feel down at the thought of shorter, colder days and darker nights.

As of writing this, there are 122 days left in 2023, and rather than lament the passing of Summer; it's a smart move to set some intentions for the rest of the year, as there is still plenty of time to get stuff done.

Autumn is a great time to get outside and appreciate the changes in nature, which in turn is good for your mental and physical health.

And with four months, a third of the year left, you could do something of note with that time.

For the last few years, I have taken on a personal and professional goal at the start of September to keep me focused as we go through Autumn and Winter.

This year, my personal goal is to build some strength at the gym and professionally, I am launching my new online audio course aimed at helping people struggling with their alcohol use as well as a 12-month coaching program for people wanting to level up their wellness.

But enough about me, what about you?

What could you do if you set your mind to it?

I offer the suggestion it could be plenty!

But you can't just wish it will happen; you need to take some action.

If you want to make the rest of the year count, I suggest sitting down and deciding on a couple of goals you would like to see completed before we hit 2024.

Write those goals down, and for each of them, devise a straightforward plan to achieve them. Then, get to work following the plan.

But you have to act now, the rest of the year will go quickly so you don't have time to waste. It will be way better to look back in 122 days with a glass of something fizzy, celebrating all the positive things you achieved, rather than sit there on New Year's Eve with a bag full of regrets.

The choice is yours.

Take Care
